  • Find a place where you will be uninterrupted for an extended period of time.
  • Make the space welcoming.
  • Gather the music you love.
  • Surround yourself with your favorite books.
  • Make sure you have a journal and a pen.
  • Shut off all your electronics.
  • Perform a cleansing ritual (maybe with sage), or light a candle.
