Thanks for your response. I understand your sentiments, and agree that we don’t want to set ourselves up for disappointment. My article did not talk about “devoting all of our energy” to the goal of finding passion, it was just suggesting some guidelines for those who are seekers. It’s true that there are those who have many passions, and that’s a wonderful thing too, but that doesn’t work for everyone. The important thing is to find what brings you joy, whether it’s one thing or a multitude of things!
